Wisconsin has over 600 varieties of cheese from 1,200 plus cheese makers, some of which has been lucky to find a home here. Because with any good wine, there's an equally good cheese to pair.
Charcuterie
This is just a fancy way of saying delicious prepared meats. So why don't we just call it that? Because we think our plates of prosciutto and salami are worthy of something a little more.
Desserts
Wine and chocolate? Some say it can't be done. We don't care. We've crafted a dessert tasting menu full of mini, local treats and some of our favorite dessert wines. A perfect ending to any tasting.
